This is a Sprite Sheet of my character, Darrel Victor Ancalagon, in the MegaMan ZX style. The character's primary base was Giro, although I did incorporate elements from other existing characters and Sprites - from the MegaMan ZX series, as well as the MegaMan Zero series - , in order to make him more unique. The Sheet itself is double-sided because his character design is slightly asymmetrical.
Darrel is a reserved, and solitary individual, who prefers to work alone, and rarely speaks. When he does speak, however, Darrel always takes care to choose his words carefully, in order to convey his thoughts clearly, and eloquently. In spite of his apparently reclusive nature, Darrel is, in fact, a very selfless person, who cares deeply for others, and strives to always do what he deems to be merciful and good. His empathy for others is rivaled only by his hatred for evil.
In his incarnation in the MegaMan ZX continuity, Darrel possesses a CopyMetal, which grants him the form of Model D(rago), which he coded and programed himself.
The surname, "Ancalagon", is a reference to J.R.R. Tolkien's Middle Earth, in which "Ancalagon" was the first Dragon to possess the abilities of both flight, and fire breath. He was bred by Morgoth from a "corrupt stock" of Maiar during the First Age of Middle Earth to wage war against the Valar, alongside his fellow Dragons.

two worlds // based on an alternative zx game)
when I crossed this awesome sheet.
